Hi there, I’m Louise!

I teach you how to bring balance into your life by taking the tools of yoga off the mat and into your daily life. My classes encourage you to get curious in finding good alignment for your body and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.

It’s my purpose to help you feel better by nurturing your body, mind and spirit with yoga and reiki. My hope is for you to step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced and to enjoy the benefits of yoga beyond the mat. Whether you are new to yoga and just getting started,  returning to yoga after injury or wanting to dive deeper into your practice I’d love to guide you on this journey.
