Welcome, I’m Louise!

My work is here to support you in nurturing your body, mind and spirit through yoga, reiki and sound. I help you reconnect with your natural rhythms and bring what you experience on the mat into everyday life, so it becomes a way of living rather than something you only practice.

In a world that often pulls us out of ourselves, I offer a space to slow down, soften and come home to who you are beneath the noise.

Through yoga, reiki and sound, I support you in cultivating greater regulation, ease and inner alignment. My approach is holistic, supporting your whole being and helping you reconnect with your energy, intuition and innate sense of steadiness.

I offer regular yoga classes, private reiki treatments, and deeply restorative sessions that may include yoga nidra, sound and reiki. Each offering supports you in different ways, but all are designed to help you regulate, restore and reconnect with yourself.

My work is inspired by the cycles of nature and the changing seasons. Just as the earth moves through phases of expansion and rest, we are also designed to move with rhythm. When we begin to listen, we can recognise when to act, when to soften, and when to restore. This awareness brings greater ease, resilience and sustainability into everyday life.

Yoga, as I teach it, is more than movement on a mat. It is a way of living with presence, self-compassion and embodied awareness. Reiki and sound can deepen this process, helping to settle the nervous system, release what is held, and create space for clarity, connection and renewed vitality.
