About me
I’m originally from Wales, and for the past 20 years I’ve been living, working and raising my family in Norway, a place whose forests, seasons and quiet strength have deeply shaped both my life and my work.
Movement has been a lifelong thread for me. With a background in Physical Education, I have spent over 30 years teaching movement in the UK and internationally. Over time, this has evolved from a focus on physical strength and performance into something more embodied, a relationship with the body, with vitality, and with how we live in ourselves.
I first came to yoga many years ago as a physical practice, drawn to its ability to build strength and support wellbeing. During the busy years of family life, my practice moved into the background, while nature, horses and the outdoors became my grounding force.
Later, during a significant life transition, I returned to yoga in a deeper way. What I found was a way of reconnecting with myself. Yoga became a space to breathe more fully, settle my system, and meet life with greater presence, steadiness and self-compassion. Over time, it became a foundation for how I live.
Reiki & energy healing
Reiki entered my life during this same period of change and became a profound part of my own healing and reconnection. As a certified Reiki Master, I have developed a deep personal practice that continues to support my relationship with energy, intuition, and the natural world.
Alongside yoga and reiki, I also work with sound in restorative sessions, offering experiences that support deep rest, regulation and renewal.
My work today
My work has grown from my own lived experience and my lifelong connection to movement, nature and wellbeing. I now support people in reconnecting with their natural rhythms and inner steadiness, so they can feel more grounded, resilient and vibrant in everyday life.
This work is especially supportive in midlife, a time of transition, reflection and reconnection. I work with women who are often navigating change and are ready to feel more at home in themselves, with greater ease, clarity and vitality.
Midlife can be a threshold into a more embodied and meaningful way of living.
You are warmly welcome to explore yoga, reiki and restorative practices that support steadiness, vitality and reconnection.
