This Hatha/Vinyasa fusion class is suitable for all levels. In this inclusive space, you’re invited to explore yoga in a way that feels authentic to you. Weaving together movement, breath and moments of stillness to connect body, mind, and spirit.

Rooted in ancient yogic wisdom and inspired by the seasons, each class offers an invitation to deepen your awareness on and off the mat. Expect a blend of steady flows and moments to pause, feel, and refine your alignment. Whether you’re looking to stretch, strengthen, or breathe more deeply, this class supports you in finding what feels right for your body.

Welcome to this Hatha/Vinyasa inspired class suitable for all levels.

Taking time to slow down and move intentionally with mindful movement, connection with our breath and landing in our body through a slower flow is an act of self care in this busy and often hectic world. Making time to prioritise ourselves, building and strengthening our foundations to support our body is time well spent. This well structured asana practice allows for individual exploration, builds physical strength, flexibility and balance. Breathwork, mudras and meditation support our mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

This Hatha inspired class has a holistic focus blending physical, emotional and spiritual practices to improve balance, calmness, vitality and mental clarity.

Join me every Tuesday, or drop in for a class and start prioritising your wellness journey. I look forward to welcoming you to class.

It’s always worth getting out of bed a little earlier on Fridays. Louise’s yoga sessions provide a highlight in an all too busy week. The sessions provide an oasis of tranquility, reflection and nurture.

Louise is patient, kind and encouraging. Her instructions are easy to follow and her poses accommodate the beginner, stretch the seasoned practitioner and provide alteratives for those of us with dodgy joints, and old injuries. There is a good mixture of strength work, flow, breathing and relaxation.
