Distance Reiki

Reiki is energy healing, since energy is not bound by space and time, a distant reiki healing session is just as powerful as an in person reiki session. Being able to share reiki regardless of our physical location is an amazing way of sharing this healing modality wherever we may be in the world.

Reiki energy helps us shift our awareness and remove stuck energy, enabling us to get into better alignment. It can bring about an increased self awareness helping us in our personal healing journey. I often combine using crystals during in person and distance reiki sessions.

Before a distant reiki session we will chat via Zoom or email if preferred to establish any areas of focus. During the distant reiki session it is not necessary to be connected digitally.

You will settle in a comfy place where you will not be disturbed, either sitting or lying down and the reiki session will begin. As energy is shared you may feel sensations such as temperature change, tingling, deep relaxation, you may see colours or images or you may feel nothing at all. Every person has a different experience during reiki and no two sessions are ever the same.

Reiki will work where it is needed the most and will always work for your highest good. Remember to drink plenty of water after the session and to rest as needed.

After the reiki is complete, I will answer any questions regarding your session and discuss ways in which you can continue to balance your chakras with crystals, meditations, and lifestyle changes.
