An Introduction to Stress Management

You are invited to join us for our upcoming workshop – Stress Management Through Mind and Body Work.

The workshop will introduce:

Malin Rignéus and Louise Antippas are collaborating to bring you this workshop, we hope you will join us.

Malin is a Counsellor specialised working with supporting international adults with stress, anxiety and low mood. She has over six years experience of working clinically in private practice with expats in Hong Kong and Norway. Prior to becoming a mental health professional, she worked in Human Resources for various international organisations in Sweden and the UK. Louise is a Yoga, Reiki, Meditation and Physical Education Teacher. Originally from the UK, Louise has been living and working in Norway for 20 years. She specialises in helping students navigate stress and anxiety and has over thirty years experience teaching.

Following this workshop, for those interested, there will be an opportunity to join a 4 week in person Stress Management course, allowing for a deeper dive into understanding and managing stress.
