Bringing yoga into the workplace has many benefits, including improving your team’s morale, focus, and energy.

Stress can lead to anxiety, poor performance and increased absenteeism. Business yoga classes are the perfect antidote!

Recognising the challenges of office/school life and the needs of the workforce is something I have come to understand during my 20 plus years working as as a school teacher.

Employee wellbeing is increasingly recognised as an essential element in creating a happy and balanced workforce. My business yoga classes aim to support the needs and lifestyle of those in the workplace.

Weekly Wellness Sessions 60 Minutes

This is a hatha/vinyasa based class suitable for all abilities and experience. Includes breath work, movement, mediation and relaxation. It is an effective way to bring the body, mind and spirit into balance, allowing the benefits to flow back into the workplace and beyond.

Options  1hr session up to 15 students

Mini Wellness Breaks 20 Minutes – Move, Breathe and Recharge session

Weekly 20 minute wellness break.  For those not keen on a full hour of yoga these mini wellness breaks are a step in the right direction. A commitment to taking 20 minutes every week to focus on wellbeing. Taking part on these weekly sessions highlights the importance of self care and encourages more healthy choices throughout the week.

It’s always worth getting out of bed a little earlier on Fridays. Louise’s yoga sessions provide a highlight in an all too busy week. The sessions provide an oasis of tranquility, reflection and nurture.

Louise is patient, kind and encouraging. Her instructions are easy to follow and her poses accommodate the beginner, stretch the seasoned practitioner and provide alteratives for those of us with dodgy joints, and old injuries. There is a good mixture of strength work, flow, breathing and relaxation.
