When I’m feeling good my routines allow me to recognise and celebrate this. When I’m facing challenges routines give me the space to go inwards and find what I need to work on. When I’m experiencing fear, insecurity they give me the chance to be ok with discomfort and work on growth. Creating meaningful daily routines has become a vital part of my health and wellbeing.
