Perfect for those wishing to stretch and strengthen and explore a little deeper into poses. This class will help you discover the best alignment for your body.

This class is suitable for all levels. Through a holistic approach we will explore yoga for mind, body and spirit. We will move through a gentle flow with a holistic focus including breathwork and meditation to find balance, vitality and mental clarity. It’s always worth getting out of bed a little earlier on Fridays. Louise’s yoga sessions provide a highlight in an all too busy week. The sessions provide an oasis of tranquility, reflection and nurture.

Louise is patient, kind and encouraging. Her instructions are easy to follow and her poses accommodate the beginner, stretch the seasoned practitioner and provide alteratives for those of us with dodgy joints, and old injuries. There is a good mixture of strength work, flow, breathing and relaxation.

My Fridays are clamer, more focused and purposeful because of the yoga session.
