Yoga For Midlife – Hatha/Vinyasa
This class is suitable for all levels and created with midlife women in mind. The style of yoga for this class will be mainly Hatha/Vinyasa. We will work on strength, balance and flexibility though physical asana, all important in maintaining health in midlife. Some classes will include Yoga Nidra a practice that supports mental clarity and improved sleep which are common symptoms in peri menopause and menopause. Each class has a holistic focus and includes breathwork and meditation to find balance, calmness, vitality and mental clarity. Let’s take care of our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and start to feel our best during this transformative life stage. I look forward to welcoming you to class!

It’s always worth getting out of bed a little earlier on Fridays. Louise’s yoga sessions provide a highlight in an all too busy week. The sessions provide an oasis of tranquility, reflection and nurture.
Louise is patient, kind and encouraging. Her instructions are easy to follow and her poses accommodate the beginner, stretch the seasoned practitioner and provide alteratives for those of us with dodgy joints, and old injuries. There is a good mixture of strength work, flow, breathing and relaxation.
My Fridays are clamer, more focused and purposeful because of the yoga session.

She creates an atmosphere where I am able to leave whatever I was absorbed in and focus on my body and on my breath. I always leave Yoga with Louise feeling physically and mentally refreshed and energetic.
