Benefits for beginners include focusing on the fundamentals of postures, finding great alignment for your body, learning how to modify postures and we’ll explore how to use props to enhance your practice and focus on working with the breath.
If you are an experienced yogi wishing to deepen your practice, sessions will be tailored to work on your specific goals, wishes and needs.

Includes initial consultation and assessment. 3 x 1 hour personalised sessions via Zoom, bespoke yoga video to support your journey and 2 x 30 minute distance reiki sessions to balance your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual energy.

I had been struggling with a weak and painful right knee and was no longer doing my favorite thing of cycling to work because of it. I saw Louise was offering Personal Yoga sessions and I contacted her straight away.
Louise was a friend and our youngest sons PE teacher when we lived in Oslo 10 years previously. I emailed to ask if she did remote yoga sessions. To my delight she did. We started off with a taster session, where Louise assessed my level of ability and where the specific weakness was.
