Stress Management Course
Through Mind Body Work
This self-help course is offered to adults struggling with the stresses of everyday life taking place in a small group setting. The aim is to empower participants to feel more calm and in control through identifying their specific stress triggers and ways to prevent and manage the stress accordingly.
The course will cover:
- what stress is
- identifying burnout warning signs
- how to establish long lasting healthy habits
- introduction and training in practical stress management tools and strategies (body and mind)
The practical part of the programme is based on a combination of coaching therapeutic skills (cognitive behaviour therapy), mindfulness and somatic body work such as yoga practises and breathwork. In order to get as much out of the course as possible, there will be a limited amount of work to practise in between the sessions.
The stress management course will be guided by Malin Rignéus and Louise Antippas.
